1. Return Policy:

  • Customers have the right to request a return within 24 hours from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
  • The refund will be issued after inspecting the product. If the request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours using the same payment method.

2. Exchange Policy:

  • Products can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of receipt if they have a manufacturing defect or do not match the description.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the replacement product is not available, a store credit of the same value will be issued.

3. General Conditions:

  • Return or exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order.
  • Promotional items and discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective.

4. How to Submit a Request:

  • Contact customer service via (phone number or email) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide the order number, a photo of the product, and a description of the reason.
  • The request will be reviewed within 24 hours, and the next steps will be communicated.
